Refund Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

Our templates are digital downloads that you can keep as soon as you buy them, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, with one exception.

Broken or defective files

If a file you bought will not open, is corrupted, or has formulas that do not work as described, email us within 30 days of purchase with your order email and a short description of the problem. We will send you a working replacement. If we cannot fix it, we will refund your purchase in full.

Before you buy

Every product page lists what is included and the file format (.xlsx, which works in Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers). Questions are welcome before you buy.
